Benefits

Matcha Global Craft Series was developed to support the growing global Matcha demand by applying Japanese matcha processing knowledge to selected regional cultivation and production. Using Jin Xuan and Four Seasons Oolong cultivars, both shade-grown and stone-milled, GCS Matcha has a distinct creamy and umami flavour profile.

GCS Matcha Premium Grade is hand-picked from first flush leaves with up to 18 days of shading, delivering deep bright green color, silky mouthfeel and low astringency. The Latte Grade is harvested from more mature leaves with up to 14 days of shading to ensure full-bodied flavor profile.
